Youth Issues Selwyn's youth population is growing fast. Like teenagers everywhere, our youngsters are at a delicate period in their lives when personal changes, educational options, economic needs, peer pressure and media influences can produce a cocktail of opportunities, tensions, temptations and conflicts that sometimes lead to antisocial, risky or self-destructive behaviour.
Youth Adviser Our part-time youth adviser liaises with various agencies and church-based youth workers to help address the needs of youth in Lincoln, Rolleston and Leeston. To find out more, contact our Youth Adviser, Marie Wescombe, on 347 2800 or 318 8338.
