The purpose of an Annual Report is to compare the actual activities and performance of the Council against that intended in the Long Term Council Community Plan or Annual Budget. The Annual Report also promotes the Council’s accountability to the community for the decisions made during the year by the Council. The Annual Reports for 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 are available for download below.
