3. OBLIGATIONS OF DOG OWNERS

Every owner shall ensure that:

(a) The dog is kept from defined and prohibited areas.
(b) The dog is controlled in the required manner.
(c) The dog is provided with adequate accommodation and clean water.
(d) The dog does not create a nuisance or health hazard.
(e) No more than the maximum number of dogs are kept on the premises.
(f) Access to their dwelling house is unhindered by dogs.
(g) The dog is controlled in or on vehicles.
(h) Faeces deposited by their dog is removed immediately.
(i) All dogs are registered in accordance with the Dog Control Act 1996.
