Proposal to revoke the reservation of Branthwaite Drive Reserve.

Council are giving notice of a proposal to seek the Minister of Conservation’s approval to revoke the reservation of the local purpose (utility) reserve on Branthwaite Drive, Rolleston (Canterbury Land District – Selwyn District Schedule 399m² being Lot 26 DP 65499, comprised in Computer Freehold Register CB38B/1009).

The reserve has become surplus to requirements as it is no longer needed for water supply purposes.
