Rates Remission on Properties Damaged by the September 2010 Earthquakes

Objective of the Policy:

To provide rates relief where properties have been severely damaged by the September 2010 Canterbury earthquakes to an extent that they are no longer habitable.  The policy also provides assistance to ratepayers where although their property is habitable, they are struggling for a variety of reasons to pay their rates.
