Rates Rebate Scheme
If you own
your own home and your income is less than $21,180 you could be entitled to a
rebate of up to $530. The amount of the rebate depends on the total cost of your
rates.
A couple where both partners qualified for NZ National Superannuation in
2007-2008 (and with no additional income) would be eligible for the following
rebate:
