SICON Ltd holds a number of maintenance contracts throughout Canterbury for Local Authorities, which include Timaru, Selwyn, Waimakariri and Hurunui District Council. SICON provide a wide range of services across these contracts that include roading, three waters, waste services and parks and reserves.

SICON also owns Blakely Construction who are civil leaders in Canterbury with extensive capability and resources in three waters, earthworks, roading, subdivisions and civil site works.
