Shary Vargo, Coach|Mentor|Strategist. As an experienced business leader and people development consultant, my background includes founding, managing and the subsequent sale of businesses as well as external directorships. I have also held Senior positions with KPMG and Right Management and worked in the tertiary education sector. With experience spanning over the private and public sectors, large businesses, SMEs, NGOs and tertiary education, I offer a breadth of knowledge, tools, insights and expertise to share. Additionally, I am dedicated to helping young adults establish career direction, and to the success of community groups and not for profits, including the support of Business Owners / Trustees/Board Members to develop strategic plans.
