Snap send solve

Did you know we have a new app which allows you to snap a problem on your phone and complete a short description of the issue? The app works by identifying the location of the photo using your phone's GPS data. It sends an email to the Council from the users email address, including the incident type, notes, address, photo, and your contact details. The report is then allocated to the relevant Council department.
