Learn the secrets of top bakers with these hands-on workshops taught by an experienced French baker.

These workshops are suitable for all skill levels from baking amateurs to those wanting to learn more about the fundamentals of bread and pastry making. You will leave with true expertise, your breads, tarts and the recipes covered.

$45 per workshop.

Saturday 7 August, 9am–1pm or 2–6pm
Learn the basic principles of bread making and make focaccia, ciabatta, tomato bread and a few specialty breads. Take home
6–10 breads each.

Saturday 21 August, 9am–1pm or 2–6pm
Create delicious Danishes such as cinnamon buns, brioches and pani pop. Take home 10–15 products each.
