Learn the secrets of top bakers with this hands-on workshops taught by an experienced French baker.

Due to the popularity of our first workshops we are pleased to offer more. These workshops are suitable for all skill levels from amateur bakers to those wanting to learn the fundamentals of bread making.

Learn the basic principles of bread making and make focaccia, ciabatta, tomato bread and a few specialty breads.

Take home 6–10 loaves each. 16+ years. Bookings required. $45 per person.
