Even if you’ve appointed an agent you’ll receive copies of a number of communications from us throughout the building process, including such things as
requests for information
inspection reports, and
notices to fix.
You can’t opt out of receiving this information. This is to ensure that you receive all of the information necessary for you meet your responsibilities under the Act and stay informed.
