RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 SELWYN DISTRICT PLAN Operative Status of Private Plan Change 25 Porters Ski Area The Council has resolved to make the provisions of the District Plan that relate to Plan Change 25 operative. Those parts of Plan Change 25 that were subject to appeal have now been resolved and will become Operative on the 19 October 2012. This notice was made in accordance with Clauses 17 (2) and 20 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991.
The District Plan may be inspected during normal working hours at any of the Council’s Library/Service Centres at Darfield, Leeston, Lincoln and Rolleston.
