Selwyn District Council made the decision to accept the Commissioners Recommendations to approve with amendments Plan Change 5 - Izone Industrial Park. The Plan Change rezones 56.3 hectares of land at Rolleston from Rural (Outer Plains) to Business 2 zone.
Notice of this decision was given on the 12th April 2009 under Clause 10 (3) of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991, which had the affect of amending Plan Change 5 in accordance with the decision.
