Operative as of 12 April 2009

Plan Change 5 to the Selwyn District Plan rezoned 56.3 hectares of land at Rolleston from Rural to Business 2 to add to the existing Izone Industrial Development Park.

Plan Change 5 has subsequently been incorporated into the District Plan after Council resolved at its meeting held on the 10th June 2009 to make provisions of the District Plan that relate to Plan Change 5 operative on the 22 June 2009.
