Active Mums

A 45 minute circuit-style workout suitable for all fitness levels. Body weight exercises and cardio fitness challenges combined. You can be a mum and train at the same time, with children's play area in the same room.
Fridays 9.15–10am. $8 per class. Term time only.

Blast core class

Blast Core

A short sharp 30 minute workout that will strengthen and tone your whole core - front, back and sides. Using resistance bands and weight plates to maximise your results, you will find this workout will compliment any other physical activity. Ideal for runners or anyone simply wanting to move and stand stronger
Sundays 10.15–10.45am. $5 per class. Runs full year.

High Intensity Interval Training class 


HIIT is a specialised form of interval training involving short intervals of maximum intensity exercises, with lower intensity exercises or short recoveries. This circuit type of session has a different challenge every week including weights, boxing and body weight exercises.
Tuesdays 9.15–10.15am. $8 per class or buy a Fitness Max card for $80. Term time only.

A sitting stretch in Low Impact for Seniors 

Mature and Motivated

Staying active is important and this class is great for heart fitness, strength and balance. This is a low impact, fun exercise class aimed at people 60 years and over or anyone getting back into fitness.
Mondays and Wednesdays 10–10.45am. $5 per class or buy a Gold Max Card. Runs full year.



A Pilates course to help relieve stress and soothe aches and pains from all the hunching and sitting we tend to do. The cues and corrections of each class will increase your postural and muscular awareness, both inside and out of class.
Thursdays 7–8pm or 8–9pm. $100 for 10 weeks, not included in the monthly pass concession. Starts 25 July. Term time only. Enrolment required, limited to 14 participants.

Pump class, lifting weights


An all-over workout for toning and muscle strength, using a weight bar and plates to motivating music. Your instructor will guide you through the different muscle groups, coaching you along the way with technique and motivation.The Sunday class is a 45 minute Cardio Pump session focusing on big muscle groups to keep the heart rate up.
Mondays 5.15–6.15pm. Wednesdays 6–7pm. Sundays 9.15–10am. $8 per class or buy a Fitness Max card for $80. Runs full year.

Pump for Beginners class, lifting weights 

Pump for Beginners

Learn the correct technique of this complete barbell resistance workout in a fun, beginners' learning environment. Lots of options given to help our new pumpers succeed.
Tuesdays 6.30–7.15pm. $8 per class. Runs full year.

Participants in Spin class 


A 45 minute cardio endurance class where you control the intensity of the workout on your stationary bike. Bookings required, class limited to 19 bikes.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6–6.45pm. Mondays and Thursdays 9.15–10am. Wednesdays and Fridays 6–6.45am.

Enduro Spin class Saturdays 9–10am. $10 per class or $5 for monthly pass holders. Runs full year.

Step Pump Combo

This fun class combines step and pump in one workout. It starts with 30 minutes of step to work the legs and get the heart rate up, followed by strength work with a bar and weighted plates. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Tai Chi class

Tai Chi

Come and learn Tai Chi to improve your health and well-being. Ideal for absolute beginners who are starting out on their Tai Chi journey.
Thursdays 9–10am. $8 per class, $6 for Gold Card holders. Term time only.

Yoga poses being performed


With an emphasis on alignment and encouraging awareness of breathing, yoga has benefits for all, including strength, relaxation and flexibility. Classes are mixed level and adapted to abilities.
Mondays 6.15–7.30pm and Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm. $8 per class. Runs full term.
