Active Mums

Ease back to fitness and meet other mums during this workout where pre-schoolers are welcome! Cardio and bodyweight exercises in a fun, relaxed environment. Suitable for all fitness levels. A small play area is set up in the room.

Fridays 9.15–10am. $8 per class or use one of our concession cards. Term time only. No class 6 March.

High Intensity Interval Training class 


Circuit style interval training with different challenges each week including weights, boxing and bodyweight exercises.

Tuesdays 9.15–10.15am. $8 per class or use one of our concession cards . Term time only.

A sitting stretch in Low Impact for Seniors 

Mature and Motivated

Great for heart health, strength and balance. Aimed at 60 years and over, or anyone getting back into fitness; it is low impact and lots of fun with a great social vibe. Accredited by ACC for strength and balance.

Mondays and Wednesdays 10–10.45am. $5 per class or use our Gold Max concession card. Term time only. No class 1 March.



This class improves core strength and postural awareness through a series of different exercises aimed at restoring balance and flexibility. Feel the benefits as you progress each week and increase your mind-body awareness.
Thursdays 7–8pm or 8–9pm. $90 for 9 weeks, not included in the monthly pass concession. Starts 4 February 2021. Term time only. Enrolment required, limited to 12 participants.

Pump class, lifting weights


A full body resistance workout using barbells and weights to music. Instructors will work your different muscle groups focusing on technique, giving you extra motivation when the going gets tough! Benefits, among others, are improved strength and muscle tone. Our Cardio Pump session on Sundays targets the big muscle groups with an extra cardio kick at the end.

Mondays 5.15–6.15pm. Wednesdays 6–7pm. Sunday (Cardio Pump) 9.15-10am.
$8 per class or use one of our concession cards. Runs full year. No class 21 and 28 February.

Pump for Beginners class, lifting weights 

Pump for Beginners

Focuses on technique and easier, more achievable options for everyone including beginners. Using barbells and weights to music, you will quickly feel the benefits of this great resistance programme.

Tuesdays 6.30–7.15pm. $8 per class or use one of our concession cards. Runs full year.

Participants in Spin class 


Indoor stationary cycling where you control your workout intensity. A dark room, disco lights and uplifting music challenges your cardio endurance as you ride hills, flats and intervals. Benefits include weight loss with improved strength and endurance. Bookings are essential and can be made via the Making a Booking for a Class tab.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6–6.45pm. Mondays and Thursdays 9.15–10am. Wednesdays and Fridays 6–6.45am. Enduro Spin class Saturdays 9–10am.

$10 per class or $5 for monthly pass holders. Runs full year. No class 6 March.

Step Pump Combo

30 minutes of step to increase your heart rate is followed by strength work with barbells and weights. Suitable for all abilities.

Thursdays 6–6.50pm. $8 per class or use one of our concession cards. Runs full year.

Blast core class

Strength and Balance

Short and sharp, this workout strengthens and improves awareness of your core muscles. Using resistance bands and weight plates combined with progressive challenges for all levels, it promotes improved balance. Accredited by ACC for strength and balance.

Sundays 10.15–10.45am. $5 per class. Runs full year. No class 21 and 28 February.

Tai Chi class

Tai Chi

An ancient Chinese exercise integrating the mind, body, and breath through slow, gentle and effective movement. Offering something for everyone, Tai Chi leaves you with a sense of calm and wellbeing. Accredited by ACC for strength and balance.

Thursdays 9–10am. $8 per class, $6 for Gold Card holders. Term time only.


Yoga - Flow

Yoga postures in a flowing sequence, set against a backdrop of timeless, philosophical principles. Using your body as a weight, develop functional strength through your core and limbs. Suitable for all ages and abilities. 60 minutes.

Mondays 6.30-7.30pm. $8 per class or use one of our concession cards. Runs full year.

Yoga - Restore

Take your body through its full range of movement, restore mobility, vitality and calm. Ease your mind, breathe deeply and let go of any tension and tightness through your whole body. Suitable for all levels of experience. 60 minutes.

Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm. $8 per class or use one of our concession cards. Runs full year.
