Ease back to fitness and meet other mums during this workout where pre-schoolers are welcome! Cardio and bodyweight exercises in a fun, relaxed environment. Suitable for all fitness levels. A small play area is set up in the room.
Circuit style interval training with different challenges each week including weights, boxing and bodyweight exercises.
Les Mills Body Pump
A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, for a total body workout.
Les Mills Core
An intense 30 minute workout designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core including the abdominals, glutes and the back.
Les Mills RPM
Indoor cycling workout with an instructor who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. You control the resistance and speed to build your fitness level. Bookings are essential and can be made via the Making a Booking for a Class tab.

Mature and Motivated
Great for heart health, strength and balance. Aimed at 60 years and over, or anyone getting back into fitness; it is low impact and lots of fun with a great social vibe. Accredited by ACC for strength and balance.
Step Pump Combo
An ancient Chinese exercise integrating the mind, body, and breath through slow, gentle and effective movement. Offering something for everyone, Tai Chi leaves you with a sense of calm and wellbeing. Accredited by ACC for strength and balance.
Yoga - Flow
Yoga postures in a flowing sequence, set against a backdrop of timeless, philosophical principles. Using your body as a weight, develop functional strength through your core and limbs. Suitable for all ages and abilities. 60 minutes.

Yoga - Restore
Take your body through its full range of movement, restore mobility, vitality and calm. Ease your mind, breathe deeply and let go of any tension and tightness through your whole body. Suitable for all levels of experience. 60 minutes.
