Body conditioning 

Body Tone

Targets all major muscle groups to improve strength, body composition and muscular endurance. During this 45 minute class you will use free weights and your own body weight as part of a high energy workout.
Fridays 10–10.45am. During School Term Time. No booking required. $8 per class or buy a Fitness Max concession card for 10 sessions with 1 free, for $80, or a monthly pass for $40.

Boxfit

This high intensity boxing class includes skipping, agility work, core work and boxing. Partner up to get a boxer's workout to increase your overall fitness while having fun.

Wednesdays 6–6.45pm. Runs for a full year. Enrolment no longer required.


Circuit 

Circuit

This is an exercise circuit jam packed with a variety of ways to help you achieve a full body workout. Suitable for all abilities.

Tuesdays 9.30–10.15am. During School Term Time. No booking required. $8 per class or buy a Fitness Max concession card for 10 sessions with 1 free, for $80, or a monthly pass for $40.


hiit 

HIIT

This is a specialised form of interval training combining short intervals of maximum intensity exercises with lower intensity exercises or short recoveries. This circuit-style session has a different challenge every week including weights, boxing and body weight exercises.

Fridays 6.15–7am. Runs for a full year. No booking required. $8 per class or buy a Fitness Max concession card for 10 sessions with 1 free, for $80, or a monthly pass for $40.

Please note: because this class is held before the centre opens, please contact the centre prior to your first class.


Mature and motivated 

Mature and Motivated

A low impact fun exercise class aimed at active people 50 years or over.

Tuesdays 11–11.45am. Fridays 12–12.45pm. During School Term Time. $5 per session or buy a gold concession card for $50. No booking required.


Move it to music 

Move it to Music

Our experienced tutor uses music, fun equipment and a sense of humour to get you moving. Suitable for those with arthritis or the less active who want to 'use it not lose it.' Tea or coffee afterwards included.

Wednesdays 1.15–2.15pm. Runs for a full year. $5 per session or buy a gold concession card for $50. No booking required.


Pump for beginners 

Pump for Beginners

Learn the correct technique of this complete body workout in a fun, beginners learning environment.

Saturdays 10.30–11.15am. Runs for a Full Year. No booking required. $8 per class or buy a Fitness Max concession card for 10 sessions with 1 free, for $80, or a monthly pass for $40.


Pump fitness 

Pump Fitness

Pump is a resistance training class that will tone and strengthen your entire body using a weight bar and plates to motivating music.

Mondays 6–6.50pm and Thursdays 7.05–7.55pm. Runs for a Full Year. No booking required. $8 per class or buy a Fitness Max concession card for 10 sessions with 1 free, for $80, or a monthly pass for $40.


Spin 

Spin

A 45 minute cardio endurance class where you control the intensity of your workout on your stationary bike.

Runs a Full Year. Mondays 9.15–10am, Tuesdays 6–6.45am, Wednesdays 9.15–10am and 6.30-7.15pm, 
Thursdays 6-6.45am and 6.30-7.15pm, Fridays 9.15–10am, Saturdays 9.30–10.15am.
$10 per class or $5 per class for monthly pass holders. Spin concessions cards also available.

Booking and payment required in advance as the sessions are limited to 20 bikes.


Step Pump Combo

Pump will help you tone up and gain strength, Step will give you a complete body cardiovascular workout.

Tai Chi 

Tai Chi (Intermediate)

This Tai Chi class teaches the fundamentals and is suitable for people starting their Tai Chi journey. Learning and practicing Tai Chi can improve your health and well being.

Thursdays 10.30–11.30am. School Term Time only. No booking required. $8 per class or buy a Fitness Max concession card for 10 sessions with 1 free, for $80, or a monthly pass for $40. Please see the timetable as there is a beginners class  held at the Lincoln Event Centre.


Yoga Express 

Yoga

With an emphasis on alignment, good posture, and awareness of breathing - yoga has benefits for all, including strength, flexibility and relaxation. Classes are adapted to all abilities, will lift your mood, and help you tune into your body. Bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise they are provided.

Mondays 9.15–10.15am - School Term Time only.

Zumba 

Zumba(TM)

A fun and dynamic fitness class, combining a range of easy to follow Latin and international dance styles set to addictive, energising music. Suitable for all abilities.
