Pilates
This class improves core strength and postural awareness through a series of different exercises aimed at restoring balance and flexibility. Feel the benefits as you progress each week and increase your mind-body awareness.
Thursdays 7–8pm. $100 for 10 weeks, not included in the monthly pass concession price. Term time only. Starts 6th of May 2021. Enrolment required, limited to 12 participants.

Term 2 2021 classes run between Monday 3rd of May 2021 and Friday 9th July 2021.
