Pilates
This class improves core strength and postural awareness through a series of different exercises aimed at restoring balance and flexibility. Feel the benefits as you progress each week and increase your mind-body awareness.
Thursdays 7–8pm. $90 for 9 weeks, not included in the monthly pass concession price. Term time only. Starts 4th of February 2021. Enrolment required, limited to 12 participants.

Term 1 2021 classes run between Monday 1st of February 2021 and Sunday 18th April 2021.
