Council is strengthening our contracting agreements to provide greater transparency to businesses and our community. From 1 November 2023, these terms apply to any order placed for the supply of Goods and Services by Selwyn District Council with you unless we have agreed a separate contract for the supply of Goods and Services. You may not make any alterations or changes to these terms, and any alterations or changes that have not been agreed by Separate Contract must be disregarded when interpreting these terms.
