Council Service Centres
Selwyn District Council operates Service Centres in four townships in the District, primarily at our Libraries. Our Service Centres are open 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday. Service Centre functions are not available in Libraries outside of these times even though the Library may be open. Libraries are open 8.30-5.00 as well as the additional hours shown below for each Library.

Rolleston Library (at 94 Rolleston Drive) also acts as a Service Centre. The Library section has the following additional opening times:
Late night Thursdays till 8pm. Saturdays 10.00-1.00.
