Requesting official information
There are two forms of information that you can request:
- LGOIMA requests: Request any official information from Council.
- Privacy requests: Request to view or correct any information we hold about you under the Privacy Act.
Please note that under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), the period from 20 December to 10 January (inclusive) is not counted as working days when processing Official Information Requests. This means the statutory timeframe for responding to requests is paused during this period.
