Notes:

  • An invoice will be sent to you with the LIM, payment is required upon receipt of report. Please deposit to our bank account 03-1587-0050000-00, with the Debtor Account Number and property address as the reference.
  • All reports will be emailed to our customers.
  • Selwyn District Council does not provide a LIM fast track service.
  • Selwyn District Council has 10 working days from the date of receiving a complete application in which to issue the Land Information Memorandum, however we do our best to get them out sooner when possible.
  • You will get an automated message from Selwyn District Council when your application has been received. If you receive no automated response, please either resubmit or phone us.
