2) We require payment of the LIM prior to the Council issuing this out, all payment information noted below

Notes:

  • An invoice will be sent to you prior to the Council issuing the LIM. Payment is required upon receipt of the invoice. You are able to pay in the following ways:
    (a) Internet Banking 03-1587-0050000-00, with your debtor/account number and property address as the reference.
    (b) online via credit card Debtor Account Payment (selwyn.govt.nz)
    (c) you can make manual payment via our Head Office or Service Centres
    (d) as a last resort you can speak with our Team Leader for credit card payment over the phone, however we do prefer other options over this.
  • Payment must be made before we will issue the LIM.
  • All reports will be emailed to our customers.
  • Selwyn District Council does not provide a LIM fast track service.
  • Selwyn District Council has 10 working days from the date of receiving a complete application in which to issue the Land Information Memorandum, however we do our best to get them out sooner when possible and also once payment is confirmed.
  • You will get an automated message from Selwyn District Council when your application has been received. If you receive no automated response, please either resubmit or phone us.
