To report an illegally parked vehicle, please contact our Customer Services Team. You can reach us by email at contactus@selwyn.govt.nz or phone on 0800 SELWYN (735 996). You can also message the Customer Services Team on the Contact Us section of the Council website.
Alternatively, you can use the Snap Send Solve app to report an issue direct from your smartphone.
When you contact us, we will require the following details:
vehicle registration
vehicle details (colour/make)
the vehicle location
your contact name and phone number
if possible, please provide a photo showing the vehicle's registration and the offence being committed
