CanMoveCanMove

Tuesdays, 10–11am, Selwyn Sports Centre
Hosted by the Cancer Society, this welcoming fitness class offers a safe and supportive space for women at all fitness levels — whether you’re just starting out or experienced. Designed specifically for women living with and beyond cancer, the programme focuses on gentle, effective exercise to help you regain strength, boost wellbeing, and connect with others on a similar journey. Tea and coffee provided. Classes run year-round. Free to attend, drop-in.

Blues BrothersBlue Brothers

Tuesdays, 2–3pm, Selwyn Sports Centre
Classes run year-round
Designed for men living with cancer. Blue Brothers is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation offering well-being & camaraderie to men living with cancer. This class is low impact and suitable for men of all abilities and help to build strength, improve balance, cardio fitness, health and wellbeing in a supportive environment. The class is followed by a cuppa  and a chat. Free to attend, drop-in.

Prost-FITProst-FIT

Thursdays, 5–6pm, Lincoln Event Centre
Classes run year-round.
This programme is built around research-based training shown to be beneficial for men with prostate cancer. These classes include pelvic floor strengthening exercises, cardiovascular fitness and strength training. Our expert team will be on hand to answer any questions, and experienced coaches will be there to support anyone who may need a little help building confidence on an e-bike. 3D PrintingIntroduction to 3D Printing

This beginner-friendly session introduces you to the basics of 3D printing and how it can be used to create custom parts, practical tools, decorative models,  and prototypes. You’ll learn to design using Tinkercad — either starting from scratch or by importing and editing existing files. No experience with 3D printing is needed, but basic computer skills are recommended.
$10 library members, $20 non-members. Bookings required.
