The National Emergency Management Agency has created Get Ready, a comprehensive resource to help you prepare for the impacts of an emergency event.
The Selwyn Emergency Management team have produced a guide to emergency preparedness in Selwyn called 'Are you Ready?' that is full of tips that make it really easy to get ready now.
Copies of the guide are available from Selwyn libraries, the Rolleston Council offices or viewable as a PDF
