Community Recycling Drop-off Days
These days are a great chance to clean up your shed, backyard and garden and drop-off garden waste, bulky waste, scrap metal, tyres, child car seats and electronic waste to a local collection point.
Dates and locations:
Malvern: Sunday 28 April 2024 Hawkins Pit, Darfield - entry off Cullens Road, east of Bangor Road. | Ellesmere: Sunday 14 April 2024 Cemetery Pit, Southbridge Leeston Road. |
Acceptance criteria and prices:
Cash only (no EFTPOS).
Please separate different waste streams. Please ensure you are able to unload your own materials into the bins provided upon arriving.
Only household amounts will be accepted - no business loads.
A donation will be made to a local not-for-profit organisation for their support with this event.
