Every spring, braided river birds fly to the South Island’s braided rivers to breed. Get creative and help build The Flock! Paint, decorate, and personalise your own braided river bird while discovering some of Canterbury’s incredible feathered locals with Selwyn Councils Biodiversity Specialist. Learn how these unique birds survive on our braided rivers and why they need our help!
