An online form to complete when requesting a new water connection
Important: this approval form only applies to new connections that are not part of a new development or subdivision.
Before filling in this form
Choose a contractor to complete the entire connection work: either the Council's maintenance contractor CORDE (ph. 03 318 8320; email: quotes@corde.nz) or any qualified private contractor of your choice.
You must submit this form to the Council at least
8 working days prior
to scheduled connection to main (
10 working days for sewer main shut-down
).
As-built of new connection must be submitted at the latest two working days after the connection to main has been supervised by CORDE.
