Malvern Community Board ratepayers who live outside the Malvern Community Board area and who are not listed on the final electoral roll for this by-election can enrol on or before 5pm Thursday 14 December 2023 by completing and returning a ratepayer enrolment form, available from the Selwyn District Council office or website.
Special voting facilities
Special voting facilities for the by-election will be available during normal office hours from the Darfield
Service Centre/Library, 1 South Terrace, Darfield or the Selwyn District Council headquarters, 2 Norman
Kirk Drive, Rolleston from Thursday 23 November until midday, Friday 15 December 2023.
