Years One and Two concentrated on establishing the foundations for delivery – building partnerships, developing our place brand, investigating opportunities and progressing catalyst projects.
Year Three builds on this work with a more focused programme of high-impact initiatives, alongside transitioning mature opportunities to partners, communities and the private sector where appropriate.
