Dunsandel Historic Society

Dunsandel Historic Society members endeavour to promote interest in and encourage the recording of local history for surrounding districts including Te Pirita, Mead, Selwyn Village in Canterbury, New Zealand.
Until recently members maintained the "Old Methodist Church" on State Highway 1 in Dunsandel. Now they maintain a new archive in the Dunsandel Community Centre. Members have published four books on the district and are happy to assist with family and local history enquiries.
