Do you have BCA or TA experience, or several years of practical building experience?

Then we want to hear from you!

We are accepting expressions of interest in working within our team to deliver building control functions and will keep suitable candidate details on a wait list.

Ideally you have:

  • detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture,
  • calm, honest and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills, and
  • capable of making technical decisions using sound judgement, risk analysis and research.

In addition, you will also have:

  • An understanding and application of the Building Act, Regulations, Building Code, and Standards.
  • A high level of digital literacy and experience in a range of software applications.
  • Excellent time management.
  • A NZ Diploma in Building Surveying (Level 6) or equivalent NZ qualification.
  • A current Class 1 driver's licence.
