Important Information:

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your application has been received by Selwyn District Council.  If you do not receive an automated response, please either resubmit or phone us.
  • Once the application has been checked by staff you will receive an email from our team, with payment instructions and your debtor number. You are able to pay in the following ways:
    (a) Internet Banking 03-1587-0050000-00, with your debtor/account number and property address as the reference.
    (b) online via credit card Debtor Account Payment (selwyn.govt.nz)
    (c) you can make manual payment via our Head Office or Service Centres
    (d) A Credit card payment may be possible if no other suitable arrangement can be made. Please contact the IM Team Leader to discuss this option.
  • Payment must be made before we will send the Property Files. The final invoice will be included with the files.
