Online Bookings
Membership/Concession Card Holders
If you have an existing membership or concession card you can log in to manage your customer account online. This means you can book online, see and manage your future bookings, as well as renewing your membership/concession.
If you do not have a membership/concession card you can book a class casually or purchase a membership/concession online here.
Casual
Adults' Classes Descriptions
Body Balance A Yoga-based class to music that incorporates elements of tai chi and pilates. Move and stretch through different yoga poses strengthening the whole body, while focusing on breathing to feel calm and centered. Thursdays 6.30–7.15pm
Cardio Pump
A shorter 45 minute workout compared to regular pump. This class targets the big muscle groups to get the heart rate up and has a cardio element to finish.
Fridays 9.15–10.00am.
Body Combat
A high-energy martial art inspired non-contact workout. The instructor will challenge and motivate you into a series of fight combinations to music using power and endurance throughout the different tracks. You will punch and kick your way to fitness burning calories along the way!
Tuesdays 6am and Thursday 5:30pm
HIIT
HIIT is a specialised form of interval training combining short intervals of maximum intensity exercises with lower intensity exercises or short recoveries. This circuit type of session has a different challenge every week including weights, boxing and body weight exercises.
Tuesdays 6–6.45pm, Saturdays 8–9am.
Kick n' Tone
Kick ‘n tone is a combination of martial arts to music and strengthening exercises that will give you a whole body workout. Suitable for all abilities.
Wednesdays 9.15–10.15am.
Mature and Motivated
Staying active is important and this class is great for heart fitness, strength and balance. This is a low impact, fun exercise class aimed at people 60 years and over or anyone getting back into fitness.
Wednesdays 11–11.45am.
Body Pump
An all-over workout for toning and muscle strength, using a weight bar and plates with invigorating music. Your instructor will guide you through the different muscle groups coaching you along the way with technique and motivation.
Mondays 5.15–6.15pm, Wednesdays 5.30–6.30pm.
Yoga
With an emphasis on alignment, good posture, and awareness of breathing – yoga has benefits for all including strength, flexibility and relaxation. Classes are adapted to all abilities, will lift your mood and help you tune in to your body. Bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise they are provided.
Tuesdays 7–8pm.
Dance Fitness
A fun and dynamic fitness, combining a range of easy-to-follow Latin and international dance styles set to addictive, energising music.
Mondays 10–11am.
Children's Classes
Mini Gym (Up to 2 years)
A casual class aimed at stimulating crawler and toddlers brains. Come meet other parents as you sing and play in our friendly environment. Please bring a blanket for younger children.
Thursdays 10-10.45am. $5 per child. Term time only.
Mini Gym (3–5 years)
Help your child establish foundation skills for whole-brain learning through fun activities focused on motor co-ordination, cognitive development, improving learning and concentration skills. Free play as well as structured time and songs with the tutor.
Thursdays 10.45–11.30am. $5 per child. Term time only.
Basketball
Get the kids moving and playing whilst learning drills and skills from Selwyn Hawks Basketball. Caters for all skill levels and ages 5–12 years.
Thursday afternoons. Limited numbers, enrolment required via email. Enrolments via Selwyn Hawks Basketball.
Get your skates on
After school fun for the whole family. Join this interactive learn-to-skate class catering for all abilities. Skates and safety gear provided. Mondays 3.30-4.30pm. $7 per person. Term time. Please note: Adult supervision required for children 11 years and under.
