All items are sold “as is”. We make no warranties regarding the condition or functionality of the products.
We will meet our obligations to you under the law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Prices are as marked and include GST where applicable.
Returns and Refunds
At ReUse, we work hard to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Given the nature of second-hand goods, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
- Faulty Items: If an item is found to be faulty or not as we described we will meet our obligations to you under the CGA and offer you a refund. Please notify us within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for us to provide you a refund and items need to be returned in the same condition as when you purchased them.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
- Liability: We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of our products.
