Selwyn District Council is a minor aspect supplier under the Water Services Information Disclosure Determination 2026.
This applies to localised water supply and wastewater services provided at Council and community facilities that are not connected to the main network.
Under the determination, we were required to make a disclosure to the Commerce Commission. Our disclosure was received by the Commerce Commission 14 May 2026.
