CORDE Limited is a Council Controlled Organisation (CCO) established and owned by the Selwyn District Council. Its objective is to be a profitable, sustainable contracting and maintenance business while continuing to provide added value to the Selwyn District Council. CORDE will continue to develop relationships outside of the Selwyn District that enhance the company’s sustainability and profitability.
