Your Partner in Farming Success -Dairy Farm Management Services Limited (DFMS) is a multi-disciplinary agricultural consulting business specialising in dairy and dairy support. Our consultants specialise in Farm Systems & Management, Farm Advisory, Financial & Strategic Planning, Recruitment, Environmental and Succession Planning. Agriculture shouldn’t simply be driven by production. It must also consider public perception, environmental challenges, risk management, effective use of resources, and opportunities for business growth. Our goal is to help farmers implement strategies that protect their businesses while building flexibility to adapt to environmental, social, or economic changes. We aim to build strong relationships based on trust and respect with our customers and the wider agribusiness sector across Canterbury and the West Coast. As consultants with skin in the game, we understand the effort and passion that goes into farm systems and the strategies that make them work.
