Originally from India, Parminder Kaur embarked on a life-changing journey in 2009, seeking a new home for her husband and two children in the welcoming embrace of New Zealand.

In her homeland, Parminder achieved a Master's degree in Political Science. Since then, her life has taken on a multifaceted character. She has worn various hats, serving as a Justice of the Peace, a marriage celebrant, and a White Ribbon Ambassador. Furthermore, she proudly holds the position of Chair at the Indian NZ Association, actively fostering cultural understanding and community cohesion.

Parminder finds immense privilege in her role as a community pillar, offering assistance and guidance, uniting couples in love and commitment, and championing a world free from violence.

Now her heart considers Selwyn a second home. The region's breathtaking natural beauty, warm community spirit, and comfortable living have enriched her life.

Recently, Parminder and her husband achieved their dream of securing a new home, adding an extra layer of happiness to their lives.
