Multi-unit developments in urban areas must obtain Engineering Acceptance before undertaking any physical works on Council owned infrastructure. This is to ensure works comply with our bylaws and Engineering Code of Practice (ECOP). Please note that this form is not for Vacant Lot Subdivision use.

The design drawings should include (but not be limited to) plan views, long sections, cross sections, and cut/fill plans as required. (File size must not exceed 50MB)
The design report should give detail on all proposed works relating to water, wastewater, stormwater, land drainage, water races, overland flow, vehicle crossing and accessways. It should clearly identify any non-compliances in relation to the ECOP or bylaws and include supporting calculations. Please refer to our template application report for further detail.
