If your collection day falls on a public holiday, it may mean that your bins are collected on a different day that week. Check our public holiday collection page to see which collection days are affected.

If the search shows "no results found", this means that:
- your dwelling is not serviced directly by kerbside collections, OR
- you have a new dwelling and either:
- you have requested for your dwelling to be added to the route and it is in the process of being added, OR
- you have not yet requested for your dwelling to be added to the route, OR
- please contact the council for further detail.
Please note for new builds, bins can only be ordered if:
- the house number is visible (whether this is on the letterbox or paper on the window or fence), AND
- builder's fencing has been removed, AND
- the property is in the owner's name.
You can print the calendar matching your week number (1 or 2), or pick one up from any of our libraries or service centres.
