Selwyn District Council will be cutting weed in the Ararira/LII river from 25th March 2024 through until the end of April 2024.
A barrier will be placed on the river 200m downstream of Wolfes Road boat ramp.
This work is in accordance with Environment Canterbury consents CRC000818.1 and CRC000819.

Selwyn District Council holds resource consent CRC201738 to spray drains and water races within the Selwyn District. Under condition 25 of this consent Council is required to submit a copy of the annual spray programme for the forthcoming year.
