• I declare that the above information is correct and that I'll notify the Selwyn District Council of any changes.
• The gathering must take place in the street where the applicant lives.
• Any resident of the street where the gathering is held may participate (i.e. it cannot be an exclusive or private gathering).
• An application form must be submitted prior to the gathering. Retrospective applications will not be considered.
• Funding is contestable and not guaranteed.
• The grant will be used for the purpose specified in this application.
• I acknowledge that funding is provided in accordance with the Selwyn District Council Community Grants Policy, and I agree to comply with it.
• Payment will be made to successful applications: after the event and upon submission of a completed claim form, including receipts and at least one photo of the event.
• Payment will be based on actual eligible expenditure incurred, up to the approved amount.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the gathering and will only be processed once all required documentation has been received.
