Join Brainfit ® World and early childhood development expert Dr Tessa Grigg for a fun, interactive class combining the latest early brain development research with songs, movement and playful activities. Discover not just what to do with your baby, but why these everyday experiences are wonderful gifts for your child and like superfood for their developing brain. You'll also receive access to a 15-minute online educational video which you can watch at your own leisure.

The session wraps up with practical tips and offerings to introduce babies to water from Selwyn Aquatic Centre Swim School instructors.
