Helping little brains thrive from the very beginning 

Join Brainfit ® World and early childhood development expert Dr Tessa Grigg for a fun, interactive class combining the latest early brain development research with songs, movement and playful activities. Each session will offer different strategies around what to do with your baby and why these everyday experiences are wonderful gifts for your child and like superfood for their developing brain. You'll also receive access to a 15-minute online educational video which you can watch at your own leisure.

For the final 15-minutes of each class, we'll be joined by a swim school instructor to discuss opportunities available and strategies for introducing baby to water.

Suitable for non-mobile babies (pre-crawling) and their parents, grandparents and caregivers.
