There are 40 non-powered/tent sites here, accessible by vehicle. Please note that bookings are required as this campsite can be quite busy during the summer months.

After a relaxing night at Klondyke Corner, start your day with fishing at Lake Pearson/Moana Rua. There’s rainbow and brown trout aplenty in the lake! Then, take a short stroll from Avalanche Creek Shelter to the breathtaking Avalanche Falls in Arthur’s Pass Village. It’s a 10-minute walk filled with waterfall wonders and natural beauty.
