The District’s rule book has been updated to help people looking for the latest information.

Decisions from public hearings on the proposed District Plan were announced in August with a period of appeals closing in October.

Any parts of the plan that were not appealed are now in effect and the Council has updated the Decisions Version of the Partially Operative Selwyn District Plan with an Appeals Version which identifies which rules are now in effect and which rules are subject to an appeal.

The Appeals Version will be updated as appeals are resolved and provisions become operative.

The Appeals Version of the plan and further information about the district plan is available to view at selwyn.govt.nz/districtplanreview, along with links to view further information on the appeals.
