Tosswill Reserve Stormwater Management
What's happening?
From Monday 23 February until Friday 28 August large parts of the Stormwater Management Reserve at 93 Tosswill Road will be closed while infrastructural works are installed in the adjacent subdivision.
The partial closure of the reserve is necessary, as heavy machinery and trucks will access the subdivision through the park during this time.
As part of the new subdivision works, new reserve pathways and features will be installed, including upgrades to walking tracks, native planting, stream naturalisation and passive recreation spaces, as well as seating areas which will be constructed in and adjoining the reserve.
During Stage 1 and 2 of the subdivision, a recreation reserve will be constructed to provide children’s play facilities and seating and bike racks.
General information
Please follow all on site signage and instructions and always keep pets on a leash while using the reserve.
We acknowledge that reserve closures can be inconvenient and thank you for your patience while these works are carried out.
Any questions or queries about the works can be sent to Selwyn District Council Engineering at CORDE Civil Construction 03 3188320 option 6 or SDC Development Engineering (Via customer service) on 0800 735 996.
