What's happening

From Monday 12 October for about six weeks maintenance including road resurfacing will be carried out on East Maddisons Road from Oak Tree Lane to about 30 meters past Chris Drive

Traffic Impacts

  • East Maddisons Road will be open one-way will be open one-way to traffic heading south towards Faringdon and Lincoln.
  • The one-way system will be in place from Oak Tree Lane to about 30 meters past Chris Drive.
  • The road will be closed to traffic heading north towards SH1 and a detour will be in place along Goulds Road.
  • Resident access will be managed by our onsite team during the day
